The Doctors



Dr. Russel V. Antico is founder and clinical director of Howard County Chiropractic Spine & sports Rehabilitation, L.L.C. located in Columbia, Md. Dr. Antico received his Doctorate of Chiropractic degree from The National College of Chiropractic and holds post-graduate certifications as a Chiropractic Sports Physician (American Chiropractic Board of Sports Physicians), a Strength and Conditioning Specialist (National Strength & conditioning Association) and a Back to Basics Golf Instructor (Back to Basics Golf Academy).

Dr. Antico is extremely active throughout the community serving on the Columbia Association Medical Advisory Board and supporting clubs such as the Howard County Striders and Mid Maryland Triathlon Club. He routinely speaks throughout the county at local businesses and gyms.

In addition to practicing full time, Dr. Antico is also a co-founder of PRO FORM INSTRUCTION, L.L.C., a continuing education company for which he lectures on the topic of integrating healthcare & fitness. Dr. Veronica Antico joined Howard County Chiropractic in 2006 after enjoying a three year maternity leave. Prior to having children Dr. Antico was an associate doctor for three years. Graduated from The National College of Chiropratic with degrees including a Doctorate of Chiropractic and a Bachelor of Science in Human Biology.

Dr. Antico's interest in exercise and nutrition as well as her real life experience as a mother of two, compliments the "Active Lifestyle" promoted by HCC.

Tyffani McCleary-Office Manager
Certified Chiropractic Assistant

Tyffani initially began her employment here as HCC's first Chiropractic Assistant in 2003. After four years of exceptional service and dedication to our practice she was appointed Office Manager in 2007.

Tyffani was born and raised in Howard County. She attended Wake Forest University where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Sociology.

Tyffani enjoys an active lifestyle. She competed around the world as part of a Precision Jump Rope team for 21 years and is currently a member of two dance teams that perform throughout the east coast. Tyffani continues to work as a Personal Trainer in the Columbia Association Fitness Facilities.


Stacey Stein- Certified Chiropractic Assistant and Fitness Instructor

Stacey became part of the HCC team in 2007. she is a graduate of Towson University and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. Stacey is certified as a Chiropractic Assistant through The Board of Chiropractic Examiners and holds several certifications as a fitness instructor including Personal Fitness Training, Reebok Cycling and Kickboxing. She is currently on staff at the Columbia Association Fitness facilities where she teaches several classes.



Wand du Clos - Certified Chiropractic Assistant and Fitness Intructor

Wanda became part of the HCC team in 2008. Prior to joining HCC Wanda was a Billy Blanks Tae Bo Instructor and spent time training along side Billy himself. She currently holds a certification as a Personal Fitness Trainer as well as a certified Chiropractic Assistant. Wanda has had the privilege to train the United States Junior Olympic ice skaters as well as a number of soccer teams through out Howard County. She is currently on staff at the Columbia Association Fitness facility where she is a personal trainer.
